Filipe Carvalho

Filipe Carvalho is the Executive Chef of the JNcQUOI Group.
Organization, strategic thinking, people management, insight, passion, and discipline are the defining characteristics of Filipe Carvalho at the helm of his kitchen.
At the beginning of his career, he worked in leading national restaurants such as Fortaleza do Guincho and Vila Joya, as well as internationally, with experience in New York and Barcelona, where he became Executive Chef of Hotel Monument.
He later returned to Portugal to open the restaurant Fifty Seconds, where he earned his first Michelin star at the age of 33.
In 2024, he joined the JNcQUOI Group to lead the opening of the restaurant in the group’s first hotel.
