Chef Ljubomir Stanisic is a Sarajevo-born, Lisbon-based chef and restaurateur who has become one of Portugal's most beloved culinary personalities.

Arriving in Portugal in 1997, he opened his first restaurant in 2004. In 2009, he launched 100 Maneiras in Lisbon, followed by Bistro 100 Maneiras—named the world's best restaurant by Monocle magazine in 2017. In 2019, he opened the new 100 Maneiras in Bairro Alto, earning its first Michelin star in 2020 and inclusion in 50 Best Discovery.

His portfolio includes Líquen, a sustainable pop-up exploring the Azores, and Carnal, a Mexican gastrobar. He consulted for Six Senses Douro Valley (2016–2019).

A household name through television, he has judged MasterChef Portugal, hosted Kitchen Nightmares and Hell's Kitchen Portugal, and starred in documentary series "Pela Estrada Fora."
