Chef Luís Gaspar is a creative, methodical, and plural force in Portuguese gastronomy—a "perfect planner" who coordinates concepts, teams, and methods with precision.
His journey began at 15 in his hometown of Leiria, leading to formative years alongside French chef Aimé Barroyer at Pestana Palace. After stints at Grande Real Villa Itália, he connected with Henrique Sá Pessoa, joining him at Cais da Pedra and later at Mercado da Ribeira.
